Microsoft MVP 2010

I have been awarded the Microsoft MVP award for the third consecutive year. Its been a great pleasure being an MSFT MVP in the past two years. Last week I received the award package shipped from US. Here are some of the pictures of the award.

I felt excited when I was selected as Microsoft Most Valuable Professional in 2008. It was a great year as MVP and has had lots of opportunities to learn more, interact with more people and know more about MSFT products. Microsoft has extended my award this year also July 2009- June 2010. I’m selected as MVP in Windows and I received the MVP award kit for 2009. This year there has been a change in the award kit and here are the photos of the award kit. I’m not explaining how it looks, just see it in the pictures.

It has been pretty long time since I have updated this blog. It has been a busy schedule for long time now handling the online blogging life and the regular office work. But the important fact is that I have been loving the blogging life more than the office job. Other things which happened here in Mangalore are we moved to a new rented flat and had lots of guests and relatives coming and going during the last 2 months.

I’m also devoting more time to write articles on the Mobile blog as well and the efforts are really paying off, the traffic is steadily increasing. It really feels happy when you see some sucess with new blog. Life Rocks 2.0 has been going through lots of up and down in the past few months after having server issues and then moving to managed server and then again moving back to our old host. Traffic was another issue as we faced a major change in search algorithm of Google which resulted in traffic loss. Now most of the issues are being fixed and Life Rocks is getting back to normal.

On the day job, nothing much to write, the same old coding and bug fixing!

Off recent we have been on a traveling spree visiting some temples in Kerala. First of our trip was to Guruvayur and the last one was to Thiruvanathapuram and we are planning more!

Apart from these, I have been selected as Microsoft MVP for another year (July 2009- June 2010). This is really exciting for me to be a MSFT MVP. It was a great one year of being MVP with lots of recognition and rewards coming in.

I’m Back After a Break

It has been more than a month since I wrote something here. My busy work schedules and blogging on my tech blog has keeping me away from this blog. I’ll try to update this blog with more contents and interesting happening in the coming days.

So what all happened in the last one and half months? I took a break from blogging and work schedules during the Onam holidays. Onam was celebrated in the second week of September together with my cousin’s wedding.

Next week its festival time again with Diwali coming in. Hoping to write more on this blog in the coming days.
