I was using triple boot on this machine (Vista Home Premium, Vista Ultimate and Windows 7 RC) and the performance was still good, but it would slow down if I keep the application open for long time. On top of this the battery had worn out and it didn’t charge any more, so it was very difficult to use the Laptop while travelling. I was using my XPERIA while travelling. So two of the upgrades were on my priority list. Once I purchased the Netbook, next thing I did was to upgrade RAM and get a new battery.

Now the Laptop has got a fresh life with 4GB of RAM and a massive 12 Cell Battery. The 12 Cell battery is in fact 2 six cell batteries back to back and as a result it projects out of the Laptop. Here are few images of the 12 Cell Battery.
