Touch FLO 3D on XPERIA

Most of us would have heard the term Touch FLO 3D if you have heard the company HTC. Touch FLO is a technology built by HTC on top of Windows Mobile for better navigation and ease of use. This technology was ported to XPERIA by developers from the XDA forum. This means that Touch FLO 3D was available for installing on XPERIA. I took the risk of installing this application on my XPERIA. The CAB file was almost 33MB in size, now that’s huge when compared to the normal installation files in Windows Mobile.

Here are the results, its amazing that the complete Touch FLO technology was created into a CAB file for installation.

XPERIA Touch flow_Music XPERIA Touch flow_Album

It can also be installed as a panel in XPERIA, but for this you will need to install the Touch FLO. The process of installtion is very simple, download the CAB file and install it in your XPERIA. Once installed, go to the Windows Mobile today screen settings, check Touch Flo 3D and uncheck all the other items. If you need it as a panel, you will need to install the 3D panel.

    @Malaputu,
    There is no landscape view for this touch flo on XPERIA. It does not work properly. But there is one another free application for landscape view, but didnt give me the quality of HTC’s original touch Flo.

    @malaputu,
    I have installed the version which does not have a landscape mode. I didnt see any performance change after installing touch Flo, but it does take lot of storage space on your phone for installation

    Hello I have installed TFD 3D for Xperia but I think I made a mistake. I didin’t have enough memory on the device so I decided to go for the memory card, everything was fine but at the end I found that the Windows file on the File Explorer with 2000 at list sub-files called Manila…something..ecc ecc. Basically it didin’t work. can you tell me please how to get TFD 3D and put it in one of the Xperia Panel. I ‘m not a professional so if you can guide me I will appreciate a lot.— I deleted all the files anyway and it took me 40 minutes. Never mind

    Hi Nirmal what I’m trying to do is to install TFD 3D and have it as one of the panels in Xperia. Is it possible? if you confirm that it is can you write me down please step by step how to do it. Seems that I have done some little mistake in the procedure. Everything was right till the end and then I got a message installation unsucessfull ! Did it choose a wrong location during the passage when in Windows Mobile Center I transfered the file from the desckpot to a phone location?
    If you tell me that is impossible to do it in that way. Am I going to get as normal program? Sorry it’s the first time I do something like that.

    Thank for all your support
